What To Do When Apple Forgets the Ipad Mini Training Manual

Did you get a new Apple iPad Mini for Christmas and you don't want to spend 5 hours teaching grandma or your parents how to use their new iPad because they don't come with a good training manual?

Well, I was in the same boat as you this year...

I figured I would get my mom a new Apple iPad Mini for Christmas this year, but there was a slight problem - this was her first tablet and since she has never used Apple products in the past, there was a bit of a learning curve.

Well, a huge learning curve.

Sure, I could spend a few minutes showing her the basics, but after awhile, my frustrations were growing and I didn't want to spend hours showing her how to use her new iPad. And for those of us tech-savvy individuals who've used the iPad for a long time, we have never really needed and instruction guide since, well, the applications are pretty straight forward.

But what about for an iPad newbie? How do they learn how to use the iPad if it's the first gift they ever received?

I was doing some research, and stumbled upon a cool site that has ipad training videos: IPadVideoTraining.com

The videos are set up in an "Ipad 101" video training series, and you can learn right on your computer (or Ipad if you know how to use Safari!).

You can access the videos anywhere you have a Wi-Fi connection, as the training videos do not need to be downloaded and are held right on the site.

So if you are like me, and you don't feel like getting frustrated telling grandma how to use her new tablet this holiday season, maybe do a good deed and give her the missing instruction manual!

The FASTEST Way to Create Images Without Using Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

Many people often ask me how the heck I can get content spit out so quickly for all my sites by creating images without using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

After all, I suck at graphic design and I am able to quickly get images done for my WordPress sites in order to get my sites up at a rapid pace.

For those of you web designers and bloggers, who hate waiting for gigs done of Fiverr, but are constantly tweaking things on your blog or websites, having a quick method of generating images for your site is key.

The Secret to Making Images QUICKLY Without Adobe or Photoshop

So what's my secret? I use a web based program called My Ecover Creator (http://MyEcoverCreator.com). Whenever I need virtually ANY quick image put together, and I don't feel like waiting for my designer (in fact, I FIRED MY DESIGNER) and want to add a quick image with text to my blogs, I use this site.

Pros and Cons

The pros of this program is it is very inexpensive. It is only $14/month to make unlimited designs. You can make anything from:

  • Software boxes
  • video screen shots and 3d Players
  • 3D eBook Covers
  • DVD and CD Covers and Sleeves
  • Banners
  • Headers
  • Pictures with a transparent background
  • and more!
Pretty much any banner you see on my affiliate sites come from that site. I've made over 500 images using that site. If I were to hire someone on Fiverr, I would have paid, well, $2500 just for those designs, so the monthly fee is no big deal.

See some of my example headers and Logos here:

Cons are that you have to know what you're going to design, and have some guidelines as to how your design is going to look. Other than that, I've had no problems with MyEcoverCreator.

Best of luck!

How to Make Money on Fiverr - Steps for Success

http://themillionairesocietygroup.com/msoc

If you are wanting to get started with making money online, the easiest way to get going with little or no skills is by learning how to make money with fiverr.

 What is fiverr?
Fiverr is a website that allows users to post their work or "gigs" for $5. It is a huge compilation of workers offering everything from:
  • graphics and art design
  • website design
  • video editing
  • audio and voice overs
  • article and website writing
  • SEO services
  • Twitter and Facebook help
  • marketing help and guides
  • Do-it-yourself tutorials
  • and more!
As you can see, all you have to do is set up a gig with one of your skills, and you can start making money with fiverr almost immediately!
How to Make Money Using Fiverr
The first thing you need to do is set up an account and create your first gig. Here are some important steps to keep in mind while doing so:
  • Use a catchy, keyword rich title
  • See what top sellers are offering, and create a similar gig
  • Offer tons of value
Once your first gig is set up, you can then offer your services in the fiverr marketplace. The best ways to get your gig noticed are to market your services using social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, or other social media sites. Visit forums and take part in blog posts in order to get the word out that you are now offering a service to help people with their needs.
Here are some other great tips to make even more money by using fiverr:
  • Once you have your gigs up and running and are making some decent money, you can start outsourcing your work for pennies on the dollar. For instance, set up an ebook cover design gig and have your hired help do all the work. Even after you pay your employee, you should still make a profit. This is a great way to focus on other money making activities, such as creating new gigs.
  • Find a successful gig, and offer similar services but include a free bonus. Giving the client a guide to teach them the skills that you are providing will give the customer more bang for their buck.
  • Everytime you learn a new skill, offer to sell it on fiverr. You can adjust your content depending on how much traffic you are receiving.
These simple tips are just some of the great ways to make money on fiverr. Once you get your account set up, you will have the opportunity to significantly increase your income.

Free Ecover (Ebook Cover) Creator

I make a lot of ecovers (eBook covers) for my products I make online. I got tired of outsourcing all of these tasks to designers because it took so long, and I lost control of the artistic content.

Here is a video I made showing how to make your own ecovers with MyEcoverCreator.com.

How to Write a Cover Letter

If you want to know how to write a cover letter the right way, you should follow these quick tips.

First, you want to realize that there is a proper format when writing your resume and cover letter. The format should be followed strictly using the tips below:

  1. Use 3 paragraphs.
  2. Make sure there is enough white space on the page
  3. Use bullet points
  4. Use bold face text at the beginning of each paragraph
  5. Print it out and read it to make sure that the cover letter has 'flow.'
  6. Be concise!
This will help with your cover letter format. The next thing we want to be concerned with is the content of the text itself.

Here are some tips to keep in mind when writing the content of your letter:

  1. Personalize the addressee which means finding out who the hiring manager is
  2. Do NOT restate the content of your resume in paragraph form
  3. Do NOT use templates you see online (such as Microsoft Templates for example)
  4. Get Professional Help! (it is really inexpensive to get help with this) Besides, it will make you much more money in the end when you get the job you want!
  5. Utilize a "secret sentence."
